The Writhers are back with another spooky single. Going along with their plan to periodically release singles, “Halloween Inside” is right on time for All Hallows Eve planning. The surf-like guitar and driving bass groove are accompanied by the eerie sounds of the otamatone and Robert Writhe’s ever welcomed vocals. As has been stated before, his vocals are the result of a bastard love child of Lux Interior and Jello Biafra, and for Horror Punk, it doesn’t get much better than that. Whether you spend your Halloween inside, or go out creeping, The Writhers are a must have for the night. “Halloween Inside” should take a place along side “Dead Man’s Party” for any seasonal festivities and serve as soundtrack to all sorts of ghoulish activities.
